Return Policy

Returns: We only accept returns on candles and wax burners. If your package arrives damaged or you believe your candles are not performing correctly, please email us at with photos/video of the damage. You have Ten days from the date your packaged was received to report any issues.

Refunds: A refund may be issued if your items arrive damaged or you believe they are not performing correctly, and we no longer have the item you want in stock. Please email us at with photos/video showing damage or malfunction and we will do our best to resolve.

Exchanges: We only offer exchanges if the item you purchased is no longer in stock!!!
